PAM High Pressure Flex W4 EPDM couplings are used for connecting cast iron pipes and fittings. They withstand up to 10 bar of hydrostatic pressure for most diameters and are recommended for straight runs.

PAM High Pressure Flex W4 EPDM couplings are used for connecting cast iron pipes and fittings. They withstand up to 10 bar of hydrostatic pressure for most diameters and are recommended for straight runs.

  • The solution for large-diameter networks (>300 mm).
  • Stainless steel W4 (AISI 304) couplings are recommended for overhead networks, inside or outside buildings, for a non-aggressive environment.
  • For wastewater liable to contain hot oil, solvents or hydrocarbons it is recommended to use couplings equipped with specific NBR gaskets (nitrile).

  • Pressure resistance according to EN 877 - DN 100 to 300: 10 bar / DN 400 to 600: 6 bar
  • Angular deviation according to EN 877 - DN 100 to 250: 3° / DN 300 to 600: 1°45’
  • EPDM gasket: suitable for most projects  
  • NBR (nitrile) gasket: suitable for projects with effluents containing solvents or hydrocarbons 

  • Material :

    • Strap: stainless steel 1.4301 / AISI 304
