Itinero® range is a solution that meets the high drainage technical demands of infrastructure projects.

Saint-Gobain PAM propose Itinero®, a devoted offer which takes into consideration the specificities of the project and guarantees excellent performances to accommodate different stress levels (weather constraints or exposures).

 

It is recommended to collect and drain surface water from bridges, tunnels and viaducts, on new build or renovation projects.

 

Dimensions : available in diameters 50mm to 400mm

COATINGS

Pipes :

1. External coating:Grey (approximate RAL 7030), anti-corrosive acrylic primer paint, average dry film thickness of 40 µm

2. Cast-iron made with De Lavaud process

3. Anti-corrosive zinc coating of 260gr/m2 (about 40 µm)

4. Internal coating:epoxy coating, average dry film thickness of 130 µm.

 

Fittings :

Externally and internally coated with a grey powder epoxy (approximate RAL 7030), to an average thickness of 300 µm.

CHEMICAL & CORROSION RESISTANCE

Hot water resistance : 24h at 95°C

Thermal cycle resistance: 1500 cycles between 15°C and 93°C

Salt spray resistance : 3000h
